Lots of announcement videos out there right now...

"we're moving to EXP or REAL" or wherever. They are flashy (somewhat), 1-6 people walking in sloooow motion, lens flares, speed ramps, high energy music, jump cuts (ooooh the jump cuts 🤣 ) b-roll or photo of the agent on stage at Inman or looking off camera on a podcast (very important to look off camera on a podcast (I guess?) etc.

There is only ONE thing missing in EVERY SINGLE ANNOUNCEMENT VIDEO I have seen: The VALUE your ideal client, your customer, your SOI, will receive BECAUSE you moved to EXP, REAL or whatever.

Question: How will your move make their lives easier? How will it save them time and /or money, what problem does your move solve for them?

Remember... if there is no value you're just making noise...... and there HAS NEVER BEEN A SHORTAGE OF NOISE IN THE REAL ESTATE SPACE. HUB Media Company
