Just as planned we made weight for middleweights ( 165 ) great to see this, this far out of the show! Now we continue to lean as we stay full. I’m thinking he’ll be 159-161 lean on stage day. Still plenty of room to grow and build muscle! Looking forward to seeing the package we bring to the show. No “ killing yourself “ dieting going into the shell, if I told you the amount of calories Max is eating you wouldn’t believe it and he’s still dropping weight! Bodybuilding is so interesting. Proud of you brother! We still have a long way to go this is just the beginning!
