Economic Recovery Rate!
We understand that the economy is making it difficult for families to maintain their standard of living. Everything has been affected by inflation and we decided to do our part to help our friends through this difficult season. Beginning in March, 2024, our monthly rates will be lowered to $400 per month plus electricity. Each site has its own meter and we read the electricity on the 25th of each month and then all our full timers receive an invoice several days before the end of the month. We accept cards, cash, and local checks. We ask for a $100 electric deposit the first month and we hold it until the last month and apply it to the electric charge for the last month.
