Starting this week out strong with another journal prompt‼️🙌
Part of becoming the best version of yourself (whether its an athlete or person) is identifying both your strengths and areas to improve on💪🏻
This allows you to take a step back and strive for your goals in a way that will produce an overall more fulfilling output in your favor📓
Think about it… if an area that needs improvement is your full twisting layout, you would take a step back and go back to basics, working your way back up to the skill. This way you are WINNING those small battles of sticking the skills leading up to a full twisting layout and then becoming more confident in your progression toward the skill. In the end, you encourage relying on good technique AND you perfect your full twisting layout🤩‼️

Have you ever considered the effects your daily routine have on you and your success⁉️☀️
It all starts the minute your alarm clock rings! What’s the first thing you do?
•Look at your phone❓
•Start getting ready for the day❓
•Snooze your alarm❓
Starting your day off STRONG and being consistent with your morning routine makes the WORLD’S difference🌎!
Additionally, eating a well balanced meal, drinking enough water, and getting enough sleep are all equally important 💪🏻
Keep all of this in mind, each morning is a fresh, clean start🤩

Want to know a GREAT way to start off your week⁉️ Write in your tumbling journal👏
This week we are focusing on CONTROL🙌 Believe it or not… making note of what you CAN and CAN’T control alleviates much unneeded stress🤩
In regards to this upcoming competition season, let’s get a strong grip on our controls NOW‼️ Some things you may NOT be able to control are the time you compete, sickness/illness, injuries, competing on a stage or basketball court, the warm up room, and so much more! While these things may be preventable, they are out of your control MAJORITY of the time🕛
Some things you CAN control however are your attitude, how much sleep you’re getting, how much water you’re drinking, how much you encourage others, giving it your all every single routine, smiling when you can, showing up on time, and MORE‼️😊
