💠 ABOUT MY READINGS 💠

Bone casting, or osteomancy, is one of - if not THE - most ancient method of divination that exists. Having been around for thousands of years even prior to recorded history, this system of divining can be traced back to many different cultures and traditions.

Some readers will have kits containing nearly a hundred different pieces, while others may rely upon only a few. Some work closely with their spirit guides and deities to aid them in determining the outcome of the reading, and some read with a more analytical technique, interpreting the pieces based on their different meanings, placements, and proximity to each other.

This diversity among practitioners using osteomancy makes it unlikely that you could ever find two bone readers who read the same way, or even have similar pieces in their set. It also makes this a very personal and individualized method of divination.

This was what initially pushed me to start putting together my own set of bones, and I have loved it ever since. The casting of the bones mimics the randomness, and oftentimes chaos, of the universe - and the energy and intention that rest INSIDE the bones (or other special items created in nature or carried with us over time) make them fantastic tools for divination.
