Tough year is an understatement. Don’t let the messiness let you lose your focus on who you are ❤️

In the midst of all that is going on around us, it has proven to sometimes be a struggle to maintain our positivity. Start each day by telling yourself something positive about yourself....that self love thing :-), make a gratitude list of all the things you are grateful for, drink plenty of water, laugh often, and keep your body moving. We can't always change the situations we are in, but we can change the way we think about it. Stay safe and healthy friends!

Accent Family-

As you know we have been recommended to suspend face to face contact at this time due to the COVID-19 virus. The health and safety of our clients is of utmost importance to us. With that being said, we know how important it is to continue services and to be there for each other in this difficult time. We have chosen to continue our services using telehealth communication options, meaning telephone or video chat. We will be offering our evaluations, individual and group services by using the platform Zoom which is an online forum created to provide digital contact between multiple parties. If you are uncomfortable with the idea of video calls, phone sessions are also an option in lieu of one on one sessions. The counselor or evaluator will simply call you when your session is set to begin. You will call and schedule an individual session or an evaluation as normal. You will now need to sign up for the group sessions and an email will be sent to you prior to the session beginning. You will need to notify us if you plan to attend a group online so that you can be sent the link to join the meeting. We will be accepting phone payments prior to the start of the sessions.

 From your cell phone: download the ZOOM App
 From your desktop: download the ZOOM program
 Make sure your device(s) are ready to go prior to when the meeting is set to begin.
An email will be sent to you with instructions inviting you to the meeting- you will need this email to join the online session.

If you are still experiencing difficulty please call our agency and we will do our best to troubleshoot the issue with you. We understand that this is a trying time for everyone and we want to be here to support you. The online option is not ideal, but we are confident that we will get through this time and resume business as usual.
