One of the absolute highlights of the conference was the powerful panel discussion on Centering Love as a Leadership Strategy. In an industry that often focuses solely on data and metrics, stepping back to explore lead-with-love frameworks, radical empathy, and psychological safety reminded all of us why we entered this field in the first place.
We carried that exact energy right into our dinner and discussion at RPM! Gathering with so many brilliant minds to share candid conversations about clinical leadership, equity, and the future of behavioral health was truly unforgettable.
