New Rules for Georgia Access (ObamaCare)- 2026 to qualify for Tax Credit to buy Health Insurance:
1. Y2024 income tax must be filed
2. Income must be above 100% income limit for those less than 5 years with Green Card Status
3. J1, J2, H1B and Employment Authorization status must have income over 100% income limit to qualify.
4. DACA status is no longer qualified.
5. Proof of lawful presence, and proof of citizenship are now required if cannot be verified
All coverage will only be approved after all documentations are verified.
