We acquired the painting ‘Falling into Place’ by local artist Diana Toma now on exhibit in our lobby! “I looked to depict a captivating face emerging from whimsical shapes adorned by charming colorful blooms, with eyes reflecting wisdom and grace, as a symbol for how we feel when we arrive at a place we love in our journey through life” says the artist. The painting was the inspiration behind the mural she created for Lumen’s parking entrance that is portraying a “Modern Medusa” with flowing hair transforming into
flowers and vines. “I’m so excited for the opportunity to create whimsical art to beautify public spaces and bring a smile to the viewer’s faces!“ the artist added. “Art has the power to bring the community together, making a space feel welcoming and inviting.”
