Cub Power

Cub Power's last day is tomorrow and we are going to meet at the American Creek volleyball courts at 7:15 to play volleyball, football, Frisbee, and maybe swim. We will be done about 8:45-9:00. Please come and join us. Thanks. Coach Donovan and Coach Mathey.

Cub lifting this summer will starting MAY 31 with sessions Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - Sessions times will be 6:30-7:45 AM, 7:45-9:00 AM and 5:30-7:00 PM. This program is geared to JR HI and HIGH SCHOOL age athletes. If you have questions please email John Donovan at [email protected] There will be a $50 fee (make checks out to the Chamberlain School District) to cover the cost of items used during the sessions. This program will be based on the lifts that make athletes stronger and faster. We will also need a weight room consent form filled out by both the parent and the athlete. Forms can be picked up at the high school office next week or sent by emailed or on May 31.
