The month of JUNE 2026, was PHENOMENAL. Thanking Area Managers, Breanna Abeygunaratne and MICHAEL MOULTRIE, educating on key products and the organization Account Manager, Aimee Abad to get the team to achieve our goals. We welcomed special guest, Michael Krufka of Bulger, Lenardson & Assoc.Inc. on the shared partnership of long-lasting relationships.

With a large and diverse voluntary army, we all need to stay on the same page, understand the political landscape and display the highest form of professionalism. We recognize the numerous achievements and coach all agents on the art of respect and collaboration, while growing the culture of opportunity and service first for agents and clients while protecting the Colonial Life brand. Colonial Life - PACIFIC REGION invited Territory Managers and District Agents to host regional insurance brokers to the 2026 Pacific Region Broker Event. It was held at the beautiful South Coast Winery, Temecula, California.

We had a half day😁 of learning from Colonial Life and Unum executives about Compensation & Underwriting, Enrollment & Tech Solutions, Large Case, Public Sector, and the hottest topic of ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement). These tools are helping the brokers and the public sector market protect their people, businesses, and grow insurance careers.

The other half of the day😁 and evenings was golf, wine tasting, food and socializing to build and listen to one another. A healthy and consistent relationship and partnership are NOT unilateral, and most effective as a "give and take."
