RICE BAG SEW DAY FOR CHEMO CREW - 6/15/26 - 9am - 5pm
Join us as we support those fighting cancer or remember those who have lost their battle with cancer by sewing 150 Rice Bags that will be donated by Chemo Crew in their Chemo Kits. Several local quilters have been generous in donating fabric but we are always ACCEPTING DONATED PRECUT 10 X 12 COTTON FABRIC. Bring your Lunch, beverages to stay hydrated and feel free to bring snacks to share. Coffee & Waters are provided. You do not need to know how to sew to participate, work stations involve ironing, filling rice bags and sewing. If you are sewing, bring your machines & white sewing thread. The $7.00 Cost of this event covers the muslin fabric used for bag liners and Figamarole Fees are waived. Donations for Cotton fabric is much appreciated.
