To all our customers: Thank you for the opportunity to serve you in this strange time. While we're deemed essential for medical and fire alerting responsibilities, we're attempting to limit our staff's exposure to the world. I've had the opportunity to walk several people through remote diagnostics and usually have the capability to adjust equipment programming remotely. Thank God for technology!

On a different note: We're overwhelmed by the amount of selfless sharing and goodwill that is in the community right now. Keep up the great work, and continue to be kind to your neighbor.
