New double rim board(doubled because outer rim board cracked)
New sill plate

Another home saved.

Definitely not what you wanna see, but it ain’t gunna fix itself. As a homeowner you need to check on everything. Don’t let it get to the point where the problem is spreading, don’t “fix it later”.

A sunken/bowed foundation can lead to your roof saddling or even worse, broken floor or ceiling joists…. Don’t wait till your ceiling is caving in or your floor is like a wave.
