I found an old lamp at the ReStore which was an orangie unfinished ceramic thing. I repainted with black chalk paint with gold highlights and bought a new harp and lampshade. Turns out it was a perfect match for my client’s antique table. Lamp is happy, client is happy, and so is my wallet.
