A superbill is the bridge between private-pay care and insurance reimbursement.
At The Performance Shift, every visit is structured to give you clarity and continuity. After your session, you receive a detailed superbill with the codes needed to submit a claim through your insurance portal.
The process is simple. You log into your provider portal, upload your superbill as out-of-network specialty care, and submit. From there, reimbursement is determined by your individual plan.
This model allows care to stay direct, unrestricted, and responsive to your needs. No referrals. No delays. Just intentional access to performance care that evolves with you.
Reach out with any questions—we’ll guide you through the process.
One year post hip replacement. Zero cartilage in the opposing knee. Couldn't manage daily life.
Last month, she walked a marathon in Arizona.
Brendan George is a sports performance coach at The Performance Shift, and what sets his work apart is what he focuses on beyond the injury. Strength. Stability. Confidence.
The full picture of what it actually takes to get back to living.
Our coaches work alongside the PT staff to build the kind of resilience that doesn't just get you back to baseline. It gets you further than you thought possible.
"We don't just focus on the injury. We focus on everything else that's going to help improve the quality life."
That's what performance care looks like here.

What is a superbill?
At The Performance Shift, we operate as a private-pay Performance Collective, which means we’re out of network with insurance—but that also means your care isn’t limited by it. No referrals. No restrictions. Just direct access to the support your body needs.
After each visit, you’ll receive a superbill with all the necessary codes to submit through your insurance portal. Simply upload it as out-of-network specialty care, and your provider will reimburse a percentage of your session, often between 40–60% depending on your plan.
It’s a more intentional way to approach performance—where recovery is prioritized, and your care is built around you, not your coverage.

Most providers see a dancer and treat a body.
sees a dancer and treats a dancer.
With over 35 years of training, performing, and competing, she brings something most physical therapists can't: she has lived the demands you're managing every day.
The technique. The culture. The pressure to push through when your body is asking you to stop.
Her specialty is dance medicine. Her practice is Back in Step Physical Therapy. And now, she's here at The Performance Shift.

Not all concierge healthcare is created equal.
Working with Dr. Jacqui Pariset and Omnia Health means having a provider who looks beyond symptoms and focuses on the bigger picture of your health, performance, and longevity.

Here's what sets her apart:
→ Extended appointments with direct access to your provider
→ Comprehensive lab analysis and advanced health screenings
→ Root-cause approach to health concerns, not just symptom management
→ Personalized plans for energy, recovery, hormones, metabolism, nutrition, and overall wellness

This summer, we’re expanding what performance care looks like inside The Performance Shift.
New programs are rolling out across training, physical therapy, and recovery—each designed to meet the body where it is and evolve how it performs over time.
Our Female Athlete Development program integrates hormone health, cycle awareness, and injury risk profiling to build training models that adapt across the season, not just within it.
Sport-specific performance training for football and soccer brings structure to the demands of the game—refining speed, durability, and decision-making under load.
Our adult performance programs focus on longevity and resilience, helping you train with the intent of a high-level athlete while adapting to recovery needs, aging, and daily stress.
All of it lives in a connected system. Small group training with individualized attention, paired with recovery modalities like sauna and de-stress protocols that support adaptation between sessions.
Because performance isn’t isolated. It’s cumulative. And it’s built over time.

Your first visit isn’t just an appointment.
It’s a starting point.
At The Performance Shift, we begin with clarity.
A one-on-one evaluation.
A deeper look at how you move, not just where it hurts.
We assess.
We measure.
We listen.
From movement analysis to objective performance data, every decision is informed. Not assumed.
Because pain is rarely the full story.
And recovery is only one phase of the process.
We guide you through it.
Education. Strategy. Ex*****on.
A personalized plan built to help you recover with intention…
and evolve beyond where you started.
What questions do you have before your first session?
Performance isn’t built by one provider. It’s shaped by a collective working in sync.
What started as an acute injury moved through multiple phases—physical therapy, chiropractic care, soft tissue work, and strength development. But nothing happened in isolation. Each practitioner stayed connected, sharing insight, adjusting in real time, and building on each other’s work.
Because the goal isn’t to treat issues one by one. It’s to understand the athlete as a whole system.
When progress stalled, we didn’t push harder, we looked deeper. Nutrition became the missing link, and with the right intervention, everything began to align.
This is what it means to Redefine Performance. Integrated care. Shared vision. Precision at every layer.
Who’s working with you, not just on you?
Manual therapy is a clinical, evidence-based approach that uses skilled touch to improve how your body moves and responds. Through joint mobilization, soft tissue work, dry needling, and manipulation, we reduce restriction, restore function, and regulate neuromuscular tension at its source.
At The Performance Shift, this isn’t just about rehab.
It’s prehab.
We focus on identifying limitations early, addressing imbalances before they become injuries, and creating a more resilient system over time. Whether you’re in pain or simply looking to stay ahead of it, the goal remains the same: move better, recover faster, and extend your capacity to perform.
Have you used manual therapy as part of your prehab strategy?
