❄️ Project Spotlight ❄️ We’re grateful to provide comprehensive FFE and OSE procurement services for the Winter Park Mountain Lodge conversion to a Marriott Tribute Condotel! This exciting local project is set to complete in 2026, and we’re honored to play a role in bringing this unique mountain experience to life.

R-W team recently had the privilege of visiting the newly revamped Waldorf Astoria New York Hotel & Residences—a project that truly stands at the intersection of legacy and innovation. After an extensive restoration with interiors led by Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR) on the Hotel side and Jean-Louis Denoit on the Residences side, the landmark property has been reimagined for the next generation of luxury hospitality and living.
