We are excited to introduce teaching artist Darren Chilton! He will be co-teaching Fairytale Snail Mail at The Historic Elitch Theatre in July!

Darren has been performing, directing, and teaching for over 15 years. His onstage credits include lead roles in Fiddler on the Roof, A Christmas Carol, and The Music Man, and he performs regularly with the Wesley Players. Passionate about youth arts education, Darren has taught and directed with the Performing Arts Academy and CYT, in addition to assistant directing several local productions. Offstage, he is a published artist and a youth football coach. Darren is excited to welcome this summer's campers to the historic Elitch Theatre stage!

There are countless reasons why you should pursue piano lessons and while we have narrowed them down to 4 (ish 😉), the best reason is to do it for yourself. If you have ever wondered if you should, thought it would be fun or interesting, or you just love listening to music come try out a piano class or private lesson.

It's never too early to start working on your next audition. We have audition workshops in dance auditions, cold readings, and monologue and solo selection and preparation.

If you are auditioning for choir or college programs next year it's time to start working on your music theory. Most auditions will include some kind of aural recall and rhythm sight reading.

Let us know what you need to prepare and we will find the right fit for you. Privates, small groups, workshops and more!
