Power Law's client was unjustly held for 7 months and 22 days on a Denver Police Department investigatory hold.
Pamela Carty argued a brilliant Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute that was largely drafted by our outstanding paralegal Courtney McDonald. Today, the Denver DA dismissed this client's case with prejudice!
