From there, Bridging the Gap: Lessons from Experience and Innovation will dive into mentoring, client relationships, and succession planning — topics that are especially important for sustaining and growing a small practice over time. The mid-morning session on Inclusive Lawyering in Solo & Small Firms will explore how bias can show up in client intake and decision-making, along with practical ways to build more inclusive, client-centered practices — even in very small offices.
