Christmas has always held a special place in my heart. My family is from Venezuela and the island of Curacao, and when my grandparents immigrated to the US in the seventies they fully embraced the chestnuts and candy canes Christmas traditions of America. As I grew up, my family blended in our own cultural traditions as we celebrated St. Nicolas’s Day with carrots in our clogs, and always had unique treats like Pan de Jamon, hallacas and ponche crema in our holiday spread.

I’ve taken this spirit of intertwining traditions to our selection of cookies.
