Spent the morning wandering the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival that opened last week, and as always, it is stunning and just good for the soul! The flowers smell sweet even through a mask, and seeing our favorite characters in topiary form always brings a smile to my face! Happy Monday friends! 🌼💐🌸🌻🌺

Right about the time in the week I wish I could just jump in a canoe and paddle away! But alas, the weekly grind continues, and I’m reminded that it’s a blessing to have good work to do and loved ones to do it for! 🛶

Happy Tip Tuesday friends! More than ever, it seems Florida has become a destination of choice for weary pandemicans. Well, beach season is almost here, and Florida has two very different and distinctive coasts: the Atlantic (on the right) and the Gulf (Texas side). But which one is right for you?

The Gulf of Mexico (first pic) on a clear sunny day will give you that Bahamas, picturesque beach day feel. Whiter, soft sand, clear blue water. Just stunning. The waves are much smaller and sometimes non-existent which is great if you have little ones! We personally love the Bradenton Beach/AMI area, but even up to the panhandle around Panama City looks like this - so gorgeous!

The Atlantic Ocean side (second pic) is where you want to go for the waves and boasts famous FL beaches like Daytona and Cocoa! The water isn’t quite as blue nor the sand as soft, but the Atlantic beaches tend to be super close to cool places like Cape Canaveral (go see a Space X rocket launch!) or Disney (just an hour away)! Time to start planning your beach days friends! ☀️🌴🌊
