We kicked off our Celebration of Engineers Week a little early with a day of friendly and fun team-building challenges that brought staff from all our locations together. It was a great way to connect, spark a bit of healthy competition, and celebrate the creativity and collaboration that make our team strong.

We’re excited to welcome Rowan Otto!

Rowan will be heading into his senior year at Oostburg High School this fall. With a strong passion for civil engineering and design, he reached out to us eager to learn and gain real-world experience.

He will be spending the summer working hands-on with our team—and the best part? He’ll be sticking with us part-time during the school year through a work-study program.

We’re thrilled to support the next generation of engineers and proud to be part of Rowan’s journey. We can’t wait to see where his ambition takes him. Welcome to the team, Rowan! 👏
