We believe in investing in the next generation and providing opportunities for young professionals to learn, grow, and explore future career paths.

Fun fact: Sydney is also the daughter of our Partner and Wealth Advisor, Tom Fox, making this opportunity especially meaningful for all of us.

⚾ What an incredible day at Miracle League! 💙

Earlier this month, our advisors Eric Kaestner and Jeff Hilleman had the opportunity to volunteer with Miracle League of Linn County — and they absolutely had a blast spending time with these amazing athletes and families.

The Miracle League of Linn County is home to approximately 150 players with special needs who come together to enjoy America’s favorite pastime — baseball. Through the support of volunteers, players get the opportunity to experience the joy of hitting the ball, scoring a run, hearing the crowd cheer, and being part of a team. ❤️

Beyond the game itself, it was inspiring to see the friendship, camaraderie, acceptance, and FUN shared by everyone on and around the field. We’re grateful to have been part of such a rewarding experience and thankful for organizations like Miracle League that make moments like these possible for so many families in our community.

The early days of retirement often feel like a honeymoon phase.

There’s more freedom, fewer responsibilities, and finally time to do the things you’ve been putting off.

It’s exciting — and well deserved.

But for many, that initial phase eventually shifts.

The routines change. The novelty wears off. And new questions can start to come up about how to spend time, energy, and even money.

That’s a normal part of the transition.

Retirement isn’t just one moment — it’s a series of adjustments as you settle into what this next chapter really looks like. 🌅

Extended care is one of the biggest unknowns in retirement planning. 🧩

Many people assume it won’t be needed — or that it will be covered — but the reality is often very different.

Costs can vary widely depending on location, level of care, and health needs — and they’ve been rising faster than many expect.

These five insights highlight why extended care can catch people off guard — and why planning ahead matters more than ever.

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the many ways moms support, guide, and plan for the future — often putting others first along the way. 💐

From helping children get started in life to making thoughtful financial decisions for their families, the impact of those choices can last for generations.

It’s a reminder that financial planning isn’t just about numbers — it’s about the people and futures we care about most.

There’s a moment early in retirement that catches many people off guard.

You wake up… and there’s nowhere you need to be.

At first, that quiet feels wonderful — even a little surreal after years of structure and responsibility.

But then the question comes:

“Now what?”

If that feels familiar, you’re not alone.

Retirement isn’t just a change in schedule — it’s a shift in identity, routine, and daily rhythm.

The first week isn’t about having everything figured out.
It’s about beginning to adjust and discovering what this next phase of life looks like for you. 🌅

Money and mental health are more connected than we often realize. 🧠💰

Stress about bills, debt, or even just keeping track of finances can quietly build over time — and affect more than just your bank account.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s a good time to pause and check in with yourself.

Sometimes, even one small step — like reviewing an account balance or setting up an automatic payment — can help bring a sense of clarity and control.

And if things feel overwhelming, remember: you don’t have to navigate it alone. Reaching out to a trusted professional or support resource can make a meaningful difference.
