🥶 With well below normal freezing temperatures expected, now is the time to protect your plumbing!

✔️ If you have plumbing near exterior walls, keep your cabinet doors open to allow warm air to circulate.

✔️ Make sure all exterior doors remain tightly closed.

✔️ If your home has a crawl space, ensure it’s staying warm — we always recommend having a temperature monitoring system in place.

✔️If you notice you have no water flow, turn off your water at the main until frozen pipe is found and repaired to prevent any major water loss
