We’re excited to welcome Alexis Moses to the APEX Performance coaching staff.
Alexis is a graduate of Prairie High School and is currently pursuing her graduate studies after earning her Exercise Science degree with an emphasis in Pre-Health and Performance Enhancement from Upper Iowa University.
Along with her academic background, Alexis has also had a successful volleyball career and brings a strong passion for athlete development, strength training, and helping athletes build confidence both on and off the court.
We’re excited to have Alexis helping develop athletes at APEX while continuing to build the positive, high-energy culture we’re creating every day.

APEX was built for people.
I’m Austin Ha, founder of APEX, and one thing I’ve always cared deeply about is people’s stories. Everyone is going through something, chasing something, rebuilding something, or trying to become a better version of themselves. Sometimes all someone needs is the right environment, the right support, and people that truly believe in them.
That’s what I want APEX to be.
Whether you’re an athlete chasing big goals, a parent trying to prioritize your health again, or someone just looking for a positive step forward — we genuinely care about helping people grow. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
I want APEX to feel like a place where people are welcomed, encouraged, pushed when they need it, and supported through every stage of their journey.
At the end of the day, this is bigger than a gym to me. It’s about building a community that helps people believe in themselves again.
Meet Cassie White — the engine behind APEX.
As our General Manager, Cassie helps keep everything moving day in and day out. From coaching and programming to building relationships with athletes, parents, and members, she brings energy, positivity, and leadership into everything she does.
She genuinely cares about people, and that’s a huge part of what makes the culture at APEX different.
At APEX, everyone starts somewhere.

Introducing Devon Reese!— our Head Strength Coach at APEX. Devon brings energy, leadership, and a passion for helping athletes become stronger, faster, and more confident. His focus goes beyond just lifting weights — he’s committed to building complete athletes through proper movement, explosiveness, injury prevention, and accountability. Devon creates an environment where athletes are pushed to improve while still feeling supported every step of the way. If you want to get to that next level this is who you want to work with!
