The school year may be coming to a close, but our staff has been busy this week preparing for the 2026-27 start at Northstar Academy! We have completed 3 days of training on instructional strategies to incorporate with our students! Exciting things are ahead, Phoenixes!
Today the last buses pulled out of our parking lot for the final time, and with them years of memories, laughter, challenges, friendships, and moments that have shaped so many lives. While the hallways may grow quiet soon, we hope that the impact of the school will continue to live on in the students, staff members, family, and community who have called it home. It is difficult to say goodbye to a place that has meant so much to so many. While this chapter closes, the memories will last forever and a new chapter will begin at Northstar Academy! 🖤💛💙

Catawba Rosenwald is proud to announce the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2026! The ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 21st, at 1:00. Families, friends, and staff members are welcome to join us for the ceremony and reception afterwards. Congratulations to our graduates!

This week we had two special luncheons and a special treat to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week! On Monday, we enjoyed a delicious meal and scrumptious homemade desserts from Mathis Chapel Baptist Church in Catawba. We were also given the perfect chocolate cake from one of our wonderful parents. Then today our Cobra Council served the staff another wonderful meal to show their appreciation for their understanding, encouragement, and effort.
