30 năm trước, chương trình Fulbright Vietnam đã gieo những hạt giống âm thầm nhưng bền bỉ cho mối quan hệ Việt Nam – Hoa Kỳ, và giúp thay đổi nhiều cuộc đời.

Trong video keynote này, anh Lương Việt Quốc không kể một câu chuyện thành công, mà chia sẻ một hành trình – từ tuổi thơ lượm rác ở rạch Xuyên Tâm, đến Cornell, Berkeley, rồi trở về Việt Nam xây dựng Real-time Robotics, và mang drone do người Việt phát minh, cung cấp cho quân đội Hoa Kỳ.

Đó là câu chuyện về lòng biết ơn, về niềm tin rằng người Việt có thể tạo ra công nghệ vượt tầm thế giới, và về cơ hội đặc biệt của Việt Nam: trở thành một quốc gia công nghệ được nể trọng và yêu mến.

Thirty years ago, the Fulbright Vietnam quietly planted seeds that would grow across generations — strengthening the relationship between Vietnam and the United States, and transforming many individual lives.

In this keynote video, Luong Viet Quoc does not tell a story of success, but shares a journey — from a childhood spent collecting trash along the Xuyen Tam canal, to studying at Cornell and Berkeley, then returning to Vietnam to build Real-time Robotics, and eventually bringing Vietnamese-invented drones to serve alongside the U.S. Army.

It is a story of gratitude, of belief in the capability of Vietnamese engineers to create world-class technology, and of Vietnam’s unique opportunity to become a nation that is both respected and embraced through innovation.
