It has a delicate body and a subtle complexity and acidity. We notice flavors of Honeydew, Papaya, and White Tea.

Colombia Sourcing Trip

In September our Q-grader Kevin, Tech Greg and Designer Danielle got to hang out with our friends and partners Samaria Coffee in Colombia. Surrounded by rolling mountains of coffee fields in every direction, we visited their farms where we get our decaf from as well as the blender that is in our espresso blend. Samaria owners Maurico and Adriana graciously hosted us while truly showing their passion for coffee growing, inspiring us to help tell their story to you here in Colorado.

In our effort to love people and love coffee we strive to have an authentic, intentional, and transparent relationship with our farmers.
We visited their Finca La Suiza, Finca Samaria, and Finca San Jose farms to try all sorts of varietals of coffee including Wush Wush, Geisha, Yellow Bourbon, Typica and Costilla.

Fun fact - Adriana's father was the chemical engineer 'pioneer' who developed the sugar cane decaffeination process in Colombia. Try it in any of our stores today!
