Meaning in short that if you owned a home in that 3 year period, the appreciation you’re accumulating is continuing to wide the gap between the net worth of a renter and a homeowner 🤯

The gap exists in large part because homeowners build equity as their home appreciates in value and they pay off a portion of their mortgage each month.
