Castle Cake Classes

This class will teach you how to decorate your cookies with Royal Icing. You will learn how to achieve just the right consistency to get beautifully flooded cookies. We will cover basic flooding techniques, as well as marbling and wet on wet designs. Each participant will take home 15 heart shaped valentine cookies.
All cookies, icing, and supplies are provided by the instructor.

Start the New Year by learning a new skill! Have fun learning to work with fondant as you make your own fairy house. We will cover how to work with molds and cutters and how to create a stone path with marbled fondant. Buttercream will be used to make the bark looking tree stump and grass.
