I just helped my wonderful clients, Tim and Kathy from Tennessee, score another smoking deal. Originally, the plan was to rent out their current furnished home for six months while they were in Tennessee for the summer!!!But that wasn’t going so well because everyone wanted a 12-month lease.
Then my husband said, “Why don’t you just find them another house?” Honestly, I thought there was no way they’d move. They loved their neighbors. They loved their home.
