Kerrylee’s Benefit Auction

As many of you may already know, 11 year old Kerrylee “KJ” Rosson was diagnosed with a baseball sized brain tumor on December 30, 2025. She was life flighted to St. Louis Children’s Hospital where she underwent a craniotomy. Unfortunately her pathology report was not what the family had hoped as the tumor was found to be malignant. This sweet girl will now be undergoing radiation treatment and has a long journey ahead of her.

Because her mom and dad will be by their daughter’s side, they will be missing work for long stretches. We wanted to share an auction that some of the family’s amazing friends have put together. The auction will be benefiting Kerrylee and her family during this time. We are donating a few custom decals (see photos), but there are also many other amazing things, including rabbits, art, and gifts. A little about Kerrylee:

“KJ loves to show and raise her Polish rabbits, her favorite being Pelican, a broken senior doe. She recently parted with her Holland Lops to focus on her Polish Rabbits.

KJ enjoys playing volleyball, basketball, and softball. She has 4 beautiful loving older sisters. She loves a good Mocha Cookie Crumble - no whip on the bottom from Starbucks. She is your typical artistic, sporty, sweet young lady.

She is an active member of her 4H club, and Youth ARBA.”

Found Bunny on the Green

We found a hoppy little golfer hopping around the Canterberry golf course area today, clearly not part of a foursome!

It’s a friendly lop-eared rabbit who is ready to hop home. We’ll be keeping this cutie in our kennel for a few hours before heading to the Castle Rock Buddy Center.
