My Havanese brought home what I honestly thought was a freezing stray kitten. I rushed to warm it up, fed it, and started getting attached... until the sounds and behavior made my stomach drop. I did the responsible thing and called wildlife professionals so it could be safe and cared for properly.�

I was filming near the tracks when I heard the train horn and saw a tiny kitten with her leg wired down, so I jumped between the rails, smashed the wire with a rock, grabbed her at the last second, and now she sleeps on my chest like nothing happened, but I still cannot believe we both walked away.
