Memorial Day is upon us and as per tradition, Caliber is hosting the annual “Murph” workout for all who would like to join and pay tribute to LT Michael Murphy. 🇺🇸
This is Calibers 7th year hosting this event and festivities start Monday at 0900.
While this workout can seem intimidating there’s a scale for everything! There’s even an adaptive version for those that aren’t able to do the movements.
If you are unsure about Murph this Memorial Day, there’s a rep scheme and scale for everyone.
