Did you know not all measuring tapes give the same measurements? 🤯

Here’s why:

1️⃣ Cheap Quality Tapes: Lower-quality tapes can have inconsistencies in the measurements right from the start. When precision matters (and let’s be real, it always does in sewing), a cheap tape can throw off your entire project.

2️⃣ Bad Storage: Storing your tape tightly coiled or bending it awkwardly can distort the measurements. Over time, the tension can cause it to stretch or warp. Best practice? Store it loosely and flat!

The solution? Invest in a good-quality tape and take care of it! 🌻 When it comes to sewing, those tiny differences can make a big impact. 🪡
