Today Heidi and I got to meet with Asha Ariya who has a cleaning and organizing service. She is now branching out into helping elderly people to transition to other housing. Whether it is assisted living or just downsizing she is helping to organize files with wills, medical directives and titles as well as helping to go through room at a time to clean out at the pace of the person and what they are ready to work on. It's a much needed profession that will help us at Premier Estate Solutions Keller Williams to help people that are in the process of some sort of estate transition.

I am in the process of training a couple people and as I am teaching them the way I clean and the methods I use, for an efficient and amazing clean, it's interesting to re-experience cleaning for the first time again.

One of the things an employee said was "I had no idea there could be so much dust on a toilet" this was for a weekly clean we were doing. Yes, weekly. 

Often I feel like dust is overlooked until it gets bad, but even a little accumulation of dust can start causing respiratory irritation and allergy flare ups.

I recently started dropping flyers at all of the real estate offices in town to offer my cleaning and organizing services to their clients. For those who need to declutter before putting their home on the market for sale, or a deep cleaning before a showing.

One of the realtors asked me for references, so I reached out to 3 clients asking if they would be willing to write references. This is the first one I received back, and I emailed it immediately to the realtor who asked for the reference.

Reading this makes me feel ALL the feels. It's like unrequested validation for everything I do, straight from the universe. I am SO grateful for every single client that I cross paths with. Whether it's one time, weekly, and everything in between. I feel truly blessed.
