Catfish tenderloins
Tenderloins (butterflied and tenderized)
Steaks: deboned & tenderized
Rump roasts
Ground burger: 1lb & 2lb
*WE DO NOT MAKE SAUSAGE OR JERKY*
We can chunk the meat for sausage for other processors that do make it.
