Meet Laura from Fleet Feet Raleigh! 👋

Laura has been experiencing left hip pain while running, so today’s treatment session focused on better understanding her symptoms, movement, and individual needs as a runner.

Running-related hip pain can be influenced by more than one factor. Our goal is to look beyond the location of the pain and develop a plan that helps each runner move with more confidence and continue doing what they enjoy.

We always love working with members of the local running community!

Serving runners throughout the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

Heel pain, especially around the Achilles tendon, can make running and everyday activities uncomfortable.

In this video, we’re utilizing dry needling as one tool to help address muscle tightness and tissue irritability associated with Achilles-related symptoms. While dry needling can be a valuable part of treatment, it’s most effective when combined with an individualized rehabilitation plan focused on restoring strength, movement, and load tolerance.
