Last weekend I met these wonderful buyer clients while hosting an open house at one of my listings. We chatted and connected, and instantly I think they knew I needed to help them. By the time I left the open house I had their current home CMA started, and had them set up on a new home search on Compass.

We met the very next day! and started looking at a few homes. We thought we found the ONE. I was already familiar with the neighborhood and we felt good about it! We went back a few times, talked through lots of options etc.

Then THIS NEW home hit the market and they were torn. we viewed this home and they loved it. So I said "sleep on it, but dont wait too long because rates went down and people are out shopping" They chose the first home, we made an offer.

I presented the offer while I was out with some girlfriends for some apps and then dinner. I had my laptop out, I was texting, calling and negotiating the whole time. Because being a REAL-tor (thats how you say it) is 24/7. My friends are used to this, plus I already helped them sell and buy homes before so they get it. This is what spending time with Danielle is like...lol.

So we are negotiating this offer and it was clear QUICKLY that it was not going to work out. It felt like a sign that they had made the wrong choice....so we pivoted at 8pm last night, they put an offer on the RIGHT home, and within the hour, the offer was ACCEPTED! Part of why that happened (I was told) was because I had communicated fully and clearly with the listing agent for days. I had shown this home to other clients too! I was providing feedback, updates on my clients, and made our expectations and wishes clear. I did all the things I hope other agents do. (do unto others....)

I met them 7 days ago and now we are planning when they can meet my husband to ride motorcycles together. This is how I do business....I don't, I do relationships.
