Tips for holiday eating and maintaining your nutrition
1. Drink at least 8 oz of water before feasting
2. Don't eat everything in site
3. Maintain a healthy balance and don't overindulge
4. Avoid excessive alcohol
5. Focus on your veggies first
6. Stop eating when you feel full
7. Perhaps leave second helpings to enjoy another day

1. Make exercise your priority
2. Schedule Your Workouts
3. .Have an accountability partner
4. Squeeze in Mini-Workouts
5. Do the Ten (perform each of the 10 exercise for 1 minute)
-squats, jumping jacks, planks, crunches, push-ups,
lunges,bicep curls,back extensions, buttock lifts, calf raises
Give for 30 min walk, jg,or bike ride.
