EVERY day is Earth Day at the Angus Barn. For decades Van has been an industry leader for minimizing what restaurants send to a landfill. Follow along to see how we are able to keep our trash to only one small dumpster for our entire restaurant. ♻️ 🌎

Not only do we follow basic recycling guidelines, and use paper to-go products, but we compost as much of our food trash as possible, as well donating meat scraps to local wildlife conservancy programs.
