This speed obstacle course at section punched his ticket to the FINA World Championship this summer.

Endurance run on this obstacle course required not only physical stamina but a lot of brain power! Lots of rules and crisscross platforms, but he got the first clear of the day and in the end he was the second fastest even with the confusion and hesitation. Now he’s qualified for the world championship!

Regionals Challenge Course run wasn’t what he was expecting in the turkey lane but he pulled it together and pushed through. Finishing with the fastest time even after getting a ring to the back of his head.

Thanks to Coach for always coaching him at the level of intensity that he likes to run!

Nolan’s speedy flow course at the southeast regionals - fastest time in his age group on this obstacle course, he still had to conquer the challenge course downstairs before podiums could be awarded.
