Check out the final product of one of our recent projects we completed in Rome GA. The entire wrap around porch had settled at every load bearing point around 3" to 4". We came in lifted and temporarily supported the roof as well as the deck back to level and completely started over on the framing. We poured all new re bar reinforced footings and all new 6x6 support posts. We framed all joists on 12" centers to accommodate the new Timbertech decking. We framed and encased columns in preparation for a screened porch to be added. Everything on this deck is now composite, pvc or aluminum for low maintenance and longevity. Happy new year everyone! Check out one of our recent projects we recently completed. We took the original existing deck off and started over with a new covered porch. We installed some beautiful white pine tongue and groove on the ceiling as well as 6 recessed can lights and two ceiling fans. We installed an outlet in the ceiling for a TV to be hung. The handrails are wooden cross members with black aluminum balusters and a 2x6 cap rail.
