New Year, New me? This year my goal is to get back into correctives and not just focus on size. I have a wedding coming up so it’s time to get back to functionality and lean down.
Bands are a great way to pull the joint further into the stretch.
Gotta flex the new in this stability row. A great way to train stability and forcibly isolate the lat, because any extra movement will send you stumbling to the ground.
Sometimes when lifting just doesn’t seem like the play, you experiment with a little animal flow. Working on ironing out the fluidity and coming up with some new flows💪🏼 .training
