📸1&2 are amaranth
An earthy, beet flavor.

3&4 are mizuna
Part of the mustard family! Think arugula with the kick of mustard.

5&6 are cilantro
We all know this flavor!

7 is fennel
Delicious licorice herbal flavor! Also good for digestion.
