Today we celebrate the strength and support of fathers everywhere! Thank you for all you do.
Before a single wall went up, this home was already filled with something that can't be built - gratitude.
On a quiet afternoon in Fate, Texas, U.S. Air Force veteran and Invictus Games gold medalist Gregory Walker stepped through the frame of his future forever home for the very first time. What he walked into wasn't just a structure of lumber and framing, it was a home already carrying the weight of an entire community's love.
During this Walls of Honor celebration, the bare frame of Gregory's home was covered in handwritten messages from trade partners, neighbors, and supporters who came together with one purpose: to honor a man who gave so much in service to this country. Every signature, every word of encouragement, every expression of gratitude now lives within the very walls of the place Gregory will call home.
That is what it means to build a home with intention. Not just the structure, but the meaning behind it.

The best time to take care of your home is before it asks you to.
Summer has a way of sneaking up on us, and so do the little things around the house that quietly need attention.
A quick check of your air filters, plumbing, appliances, and safety systems now means fewer surprises later. And fewer surprises mean more time doing what summer is actually for.
We put together a simple checklist to help you stay ahead this season - covering everything from HVAC filters and dryer vents to smoke detectors and garage door safety.
✅ Exterior: Inspect stucco for cracks and clean your garage door hinges, rollers, and tracks.
✅ HVAC: Replace your air filters. Look for a MERV 8–11 rating for best performance.
✅ Plumbing: Re-caulk tubs and showers, clean faucet aerators, and check under sinks for leaks.
✅ Appliances: Vacuum refrigerator coils and clean your dryer vent to prevent fire hazards.
✅ Safety: Test your smoke detectors, GFCIs, and garage door safety reverse.
