Had a slow day on our Raceway Site following all the rain this week, so we went and knocked out a quick driveway.

Neild Excavation is looking to add team members,we are looking for reliable candidates.
Job summary
This is a working position, Supervise employees assigned to various construction discipline work areas such as utilities, site development, excavation, and grading.

Job Responsibilities-
• Operate equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury while maximizing productivity.
• Practice workplace safety.
• Safety Manager for the crew
• Execute work in accordance with plans, specs.
• Complete timesheets and record keeping for crew
• Assists with the tracking inventory of supplies and materials.
• Ensure quality control testing is being performed.
• Ability to read and comprehend civil plans and specifications.

Job Requirements-
• A minimum of Osha 10 training is required. Prior to job start.
• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Minimum of 5 years of heavy civil construction experience is preferred, Candidates will need to have experience with utility installation and surface preparation.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Regular work hours including overtime, as needed.
• Team focused, professional, and curious.
• Willing to learn, Improve and enhance your skill set.
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules
