This month’s Delt of the Month goes to Brother Alma someone who truly embodies what it means to be a Delt. Alma shows up every single day with a smile on his face and a positive attitude that lifts up everyone around him. He’s stepped up in his new role as AOP and taken on the challenge of serving as class president for his tri, showing real initiative and leadership. No matter how busy he is, he’s always willing to help any brother in need and does it without hesitation. You’ll find him in the gym pushing himself, working on his adjusting skills, and constantly finding ways to grow both personally and professionally. Brother Alma sets the tone for what brotherhood, dedication, and self-improvement look like — and we’re proud to recognize him as this month’s Delt of the Month.
