I am so proud of my friend Craig Cegielski and the Cardinal Manufacturing program at Eleva Strum High School near Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This week Craig will visit President Obama in the White House for his exemplary leadership in education. He's also been asked to testify before congress on youth workforce readiness.

The innovative Cardinal Manufacturing program is self-funding and does real work for real American manufacturers as a core part of the educational process. Students learn real world skills and life skills. Craig encourages every student to get further education, and he prepares them for a career that can fund it.

Mr. Cegielski and Mr. Kulig are headed to Washington DC this coming Tuesday to meet with President Obama in the White House. They will also be meeting in the White House with the Senior Policy Advisor for Advanced Manufacturing, and meeting with speaker Paul Ryan's staff on our Cardinal Manufacturing Program!
